There are a number of ways to pay for your DBS Check:
Payment by Cheque: Many customers enclose a cheque in payment with the applications. These applications are processed straight away and, providing there are no errors or omissions on the forms, get forwarded to the DBS on the same day. If paying by cheque, please make the cheque payable to MHM Wales.
Payment by BACS: Customers who prefer to pay by bank transfer know we require a Remittance Advice as confirmation payment is being made. A Remittance Advice enclosed with the application form is treated in the same way as a cheque. Some customers prefer to send the Remittance Advice electronically. The DBS applications will be processed and forwarded as soon as the Remittance Advice is received.
Payment on receipt of Invoice: We realise some internal accounting systems do not allow for the payment for services in advance; requiring first an invoice for the services provided. If this is the case, we will invoice immediately on receipt of the application; we will process the form but it will be held until we receive either a cheque in payment or a Remittance Advice.
For all pre-paid applications, whether payment is made by cheque or BACS, a‘PAID’ invoice will be issued
